Delivery Information

We do everything we can to make sure that the delivery is as painless as possible. We appreciate that this is your special day and that you will have a lot on your mind and the less you have to worry about the better.

After receiving an order we always acknowledge it within a couple of days, usually by email or possibly by phone.

In the run up to your wedding day, if you want to order more trees because your guest list has grown, or you need to amend the list of names for peronal message tags because the guest list has changed or matters which may arise than you can change things as you go along.

The one thing we cannot control is the  time of day for the delivery. Most of our trees are delivered by FEDEX and they cannot give a time. However if you supply us with a safe place where they can be left then FEDEX will leave them and do not require a signature as some delivery companies do. Obviously you will need a safe  place to leave them.

The trees can be delivered to your home, your parent's home  the wedding reception venue or any other address you choose. If it is the reception venue then you will need to make secure arrangements with the organisers and you will need to supply us with their details. All this is required on the order form if you order on line. 

Blister Packs

The trees will be delivered to you in blister packs, as shown on the right. These are plastic containers and they are designed to protect the tree so that it will reach you in perfect condition.  It also retains moisture so that the trees will not need watering for at least 7 days whilst in the blister packs.

Most couples want to display their trees on the tables at the reception. They are often used as place settings. Alternatively you may want to put all the trees on one table to make a feature. Whatever you decide  you will probably want to remove them from the blister pack. This is quite easy. The pack is fastened by three poppers along the side. Open up the pack and display your trees, but retain the blister packs somewhere safe as they can be reused and your guests can put them back into the packs so that they can be transported home safely and easily.

The trees are delivered in cardboard boxes containing up to ten trees each.   We place the certificates and the sleeves, if you have ordered them, inside the boxes along with instructions, which briefly explain how to assemble the sleeves (it is very simple)  and a little bit about how to care for the trees after the wedding. It is all very straightforward but sometimes, especially if hotel staff are setting out the trees then they are not familiar with exactly what to do with the sleeves.
